Through my own experience and pain, I’ve come to understand and value the role that our health and wellness plays in a happy and productive life. I approach health from a very grounded and practical way looking at the body as a highly complex and astonishing system. Yet, a system that truly needs just the simple building blocks that help to sustain all life.
Through creating a healthy lifestyle design, I help people find a place of ease and peace while achieving optimal health through rest, nourishment, movement, and mindfulness. My lifestyle design essentials are: meditation, qigong, food, movement, sleep and essential oils.
